What should I do if I need to return or refund?

    If the goods are damaged or do not correspond with the order, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package.

    If you do not contact us within 48 hours, your order will be deemed closed correctly without  any problems.
    In addition to the non-returnable products specified on this website, if you return the other products within 14 business days of shipment, we will accept your refund, which will deduct your original shipping and handling charges.

    All returned items must be unused, unopened and packed with the original packaging.

    All cigarette packs, sprayers, e-liquids, coils, and other disposable and clearance items are for final sale and not covered by our return policy and warranty.
